Abstract painting workshop

Abstract painting workshop

Join Gurdeep Singh in an art workshop inspired by Canadian abstract painter Jack Bush, featured in Abstract Art in Canada. Known for his bold use of colour and emotional compositions, Bush’s work guides this hands-on session exploring how colour, shape and layering can express mood without representational imagery.

A short presentation about Jack Bush and abstract art will be followed by warm-up exercises and the completion of an abstract painting (16”x20”). Through guided demonstrations and experimentation with acrylic and mixed media, participants will develop their own expressive, intuitive abstract artwork.
