Home: A tea and poetry workshop with Taniya Gupta
April 26, 2 to 3:15 p.m.
Home. A four-letter word that holds so much meaning in each of our lives.
What is home? Is it a place? A person? A feeling?
So many of us in the GTA have called many places home. We’ve moved cities, countries — our entire lives — in search of something better, something safer, something fuller. But can we truly call any one place home? Or is home something we carry within us?
Join Taniya for an afternoon of poetry, tea, and journaling as we explore this question together.
We’ll begin by sharing tea, settling into the space, Taniya will read a few poems on the theme of Home, pausing along the way to offer guided journaling prompts to help you reflect on your own relationship with it.
A gentle, thoughtful space to reconnect with what home means to you.
