Spend an evening learning the basics of case binding! Using eye-catching textiles and papers, participants will learn how to stitch, glue, and assemble their own pocket size art/notebooks in this beginner bookbinding workshop. Materials and step-by-step instructions will be provided.

No prior experience necessary. Recommended for ages 12 and up. Registration required. Public: $17.50 +HST, Members: $15 +HST

Artist Bio:
Sara-Jane Carter has worked in paper crafting for the past 10 years. She is a recent graduate of the Honours Bachelor Creative Writing and Publishing program at Sheridan College. Her love of publishing and design has led her to experiment with creating and binding her own books. Sara-Jane is also an English tutor supporting the ESL program and students at Sheridan.
